Terms and Conditions for the 6-Week Transformation Challenge

By making your payment and signing up for this program, you are agreeing that you are healthy enough to complete a program that includes resistance training, HIIT workouts, cardio training, juice fasting, and smoothie fasting.  By signing up for this program and making your payment, you are agreeing that you are healthy enough to complete this program.  I am not a physician, nor do I make any claims that this program is a cure or treatment for any disease.  If you have any specific questions, please consult with your primary care physician, general practitioner, family doctor, or internist before signing up for this program.

This program requires that you have a gym membership or at least have access to a workout facility with weights, machines, and cardio equipment.  You must be willing and able to make this investment in yourself in order to be successful in this program.

While I am here to provide you with tools, education, coaching, and support, I can not do the the work for you.  Results may vary based on body type, previous dieting history, and other factors, including your COMMITMENT LEVEL.  This program is NOT meant to be a “one-stop shop” for all of the weight you will ever lose for the rest of your life.  This program is simply meant to jump-start your progression towards a healthier life and a healthier body.

There are no refunds, holds, exchanges, or transfers on any of our products, programs, or services.

Upon sign-up, you will receive details on how to complete all of your compliance documents.  Please note that if your compliance documents are not uploaded within 48 hours of your sign-up, you will be removed from the email list, group chat, private support group, and other systems until your documents have been completed, signed, dated, and uploaded.  Any time in the challenge that is lost because you did not turn your documents in on time will not be refunded, held, transferred, or exchanged.  Please turn all of your compliance documents in on time.

I have a ZERO POLICY for abuse, disrespect, or bullying of any kind.  Anyone found committing any of these offenses against any of our challenge members, either online OR offline, will be IMMEDIATELY expelled from the challenge, WITHOUT NOTICE, and will not receive a refund, transfer, hold, on exchange on any of investment made into the program.
